From your email: When you first signed up, we sent you an eSIM installation email. Just open that email again and follow the instructions to reinstall your eSIM.
From your dashboard: Alternatively, log into the dashboard, and follow the eSIM installation steps under the respective plan.
Your plan and number remain active - you just need to complete the installation again to get connected.
⚠️ Please note: your eSIM can only be reinstalled on the same device it was originally activated on. If you change phones, you’ll need to request a replacement eSIM from our support team.
